My daughter chose the design for me to order but we have returned it as too big and we couldn't make it any smaller. We read the guide and this should have easily fitted her according to that, measured her head too but it was too big. The adjuster on the helmet is a turn dial style and we twisted it to the smallest setting but made no difference as still too big. The helmet remained unsafe as moved around on her head. Such a shame as the helmet was made well and the design was lovely and overall seemed a good quality. The helmet wasn't particularly heavy which was ideal for a young child who is just beginning to wear one. Had it fitted I would say it's a good buy but I did think it was pricier than many others which were virtually the same. I've taken stars off due to it not fitting as described and the faff of returning and replacing when by rights I shouldn't have had to. Return process was very simple and refund processed very quickly. As soon as you return item it is recognised on the system and refund initiated within a hour or two.
