Chose the helmet for a couple of good reasons, it has a a design that protects the side of the head (temple region) that is important and surrounds the head. Sits lower, so many children l see wearing ones that are too high. Very adjustable and with extra cushioning to ensure good fit. The strap connectors under the chin have padding so they do not chafe...well made and good price. Colour are a perfect match to the bike, not as important but my grandson loves it.

My son wanted a new helmet and I really liked the bright colour of this, so we ordered it. It’s a great fit and looks pretty trendy and cool too. It is solid built but with the light weight keeping in mind. Straps are nice and adjustable and so is the Helene’s size. Even though my son had a bigger head compared to his age group 9. It fits him perfectly but I guess I will have to move onto adult helmets. Overall, a great value for money given the quality and performance of it.

My daughter really likes this helmet, it looks great and she says it’s comfortable. She is 7 years old and the helmet is a bit too big… but will be great for the future though when her head grows. For the one we bought, it would better suited for a 9-10 year old.
